-Graduate in Law and Politic Science from the Santa María La Antigua University in Panama.

-Master’s degree in Commercial Law

EXPERIENCE

-Founding member of the law firm Gómez Giraldo & Asociados, with more than 20 years of experience practicing law.

-Possesses a vast experience in transactions management in the Colon Free Trade Zone, having a complete knowledge of the complex structure controlled in this area which is considered the most important one on the hemisphere since its foundation in 1948.

-Consultant and member of the Board of Directors of the User Association in the Colon Free Trade Zone.

ROLANDO A. JORDÁN MAYORGA, MBA

-Graduate in Computer Engineering from the Rafael Landívar University in Guatemala

-Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Mesoamericana University in Guatemala

-Master’s degree in Marketing (MMK), Magna Cum Laude from the Mesoamericana University in Guatemala.

EXPERIENCE

-Since 1996 he designed, structured, and executed international business based on technology from diverse positions in the transnational Xerox Corporation; first based in Guatemala, then in Central America and the Caribbean; and finally in DMO (Developing Markets Operations)

-As “Marketing & Sales Support Manager”, he organized business in Latin America, Brazil, India, Turkey, Eurasia, Africa, and the Middle East.

-Additional to the experience in Xerox, he has been professor in several universities in Guatemala. Moreover he has given conferences in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, and Central America.

-Commercial consultancy, business incorporation, Human Resources, Marketing, relations Management in Panama and Latin America.

-Business plan preparation, financial feasibility studies, funds structuring, among others.
